Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Then, serve quickly, or it will turn black. I put plastic wrap directly on top and seal it. It helps prevent this from happening.

This recipe was given to my son by a friend who owns a Mexican restaurant. It is easy to make and addictive. Your tastes may vary. If you prefer onion, you can add 1/4 cup. It preserves the fresh flavor. However, this step is optional. All ingredients should be placed in a 12-cup food processor or blender. Besides, it is crucial to blend it well. After the steps, you can refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend. Finally, it would be best to serve with tortilla chips.
